More than 200 years ago, the ethnic German settlement Groslibenthal was founded near Odessa. Now this settlement is called Velikodolynske. Our town is spread out in the south of Ukraine in the very center of Odesa region, where sunflower meadows meet the "bluest in the world" Black Sea. It was here at the end of 2001 that a unique enterprise was created - "AKKARGA PLUS" LTD. What is our uniqueness, you ask? Odesa is the sun, Odesa is the sea, Odesa is a special warm air saturated with cheerful mood, smiles and love. So, our uniqueness lies precisely in this love with which we live and which we embody in everything we produce. And we produce a lot of things: ● Mayonnaise and mayonnaise sauces, the recipes of which we have honed over the years with the best chefs of the largest restaurant and culinary chains. ● Ketchups and tomato sauces, which are not inferior in quality to the most famous global brands ● Strong mustard, a drop of which takes your breath away, and American mustard – gentle and aromatic. ● And much, much more: tomato paste, acetic acid solution, soy sauce... In 2017, for the first time, we embodied all our many years of experience in products under the "Odesa Traditions" TM, starting to produce and supply them to our consumers under this brand. Today, this brand is one of the most famous in our region, and products with its logo can be found in almost every store in Ukraine. In 2019, TM "ProfiLine" was born. Only professional "white" and "red" sauces, mayonnaises and ketchups are produced under it. The recipe for sauces under the TM "ProfiLine" was developed specifically for use in food establishments (restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and culinary establishments) taking into account all the technological features of these establishments. In 2020, the first package of mayonnaise under the TM "German Sloboda" entered the market. Ukraine is Europe. The very history of the foundation of our town confirms this thesis. More than two hundred years have passed since the day when German settlers decided to settle where we live and work today, where our company is located, where every day a new package of mayonnaise or ketchup leaves the production lines to soon be on your table, where from generation to generation the traditions of European quality and culture of production are passed down from generation to generation.
