Several years ago, one of our good friends - the chef of our partner - a large chain of culinary establishments, approached us with a proposal to develop several special mayonnaise recipes. At that time, our friend used mayonnaise of his own production, because the industrial products that existed on the market did not suit him. The new recipes were supposed to provide throughout the life of the dish: ● Classic refined taste ● Persistence of mayonnaise on salads – the sauce should not have run off the vegetables. ● Shiny and appetizing appearance, ● Appropriate consistency, appearance and taste when baked with prolonged exposure to high temperatures. ● Budget cost of meals It took our technological service several months to develop and test a qualitatively new recipe-technological solution that would simultaneously solve all the above-mentioned problems. Every day brought news - sometimes good, sometimes such that crossed out all previous results and forced to start from scratch. And after a few months, we invited our friend to try the results of our hard work. The first result of this test was the complete transition of the entire network to our mayonnaise, and the beginning of the development of new special professional recipes for sauces and ketchups. The second result is the emergence of an exclusively professional line of products under the TM "ProfiLine", which, thanks to the use of the most modern technological achievements of the global food industry, takes into account all the peculiarities of the preparation of dishes at the enterprises of our partners. We "enhance the capabilities" of our partners, helping them prepare even tastier, better quality, even more appetizing dishes. It is thanks to this relationship that a huge range of restaurants, cafes and cuisines cooperate with us today.
